Return & Refund Policy

At Jupicart.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Some health and personal care items

2. Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jupicart.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

• Items with obvious signs of use

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
